Shipping Policy
Unless we are doing a pre-order sale, all orders ship within 2-10 business days. Times will vary depending on our order volume. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will usually be processed and shipped the following week.
Once we ship your package, it is out of our hands. Because we have no control over your items once they leave us, you'll need to seek assistance from the carrier if you have not received your order.
PLEASE double check that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided to us, we are not responsible for shipping replacements. Customer will be responsible for tracking down package or placing a new order to the correct address.

Returns + Exchange Policy
As a small business, most of our items are made in small batches or are made-to-order especially for you. We love taking great care in making these products, and in order for us to continue doing so, we cannot offer refunds.
However, if your apparel items (t-shirts & sweatshirts) do not fit how you had hoped, we do offer exchanges for apparel items only.
There are no refunds of any kind. Should you need to exchange an apparel item, please contact us using our contact form, and be sure to include your order # and the size you'd like to exchange for. We cannot process any exchanges via social media. Once we have confirmed that the size you'd like to exchange for is available, your unworn and unwashed apparel items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as the items are in the same condition that you received them in (unworn, unwashed, & undamaged) we will ship out the new size to you within 2-10 business days to complete the exchange.
